Finally!
After getting bumped back for its new Miami sister, “The “Real Housewives of New York City” finally has gotten a season-premiere date: April 7.
The fourth season of the NYC “Housewives” was scheduled to premiere Feb. 15, but Bravo decided to debut the Miami “Housewives” in its place, prompting speculation that the New York show needed a little juicing up before it was ready to hit the airwaves (or that loyal New York fans might also be tempted to jump on the Miami bandwagon).
Bravo TV announced the April date on its Dish blog yesterday. The show will air at 10 p.m. Thursdays.
Big Apple “Wives” LuAnn deLesseps, Jill Zarin, Ramona Singer, Kelly Bensimon, Sonja Morgan and Alex McCord are all back, and Completely Bare founder Cindy Barshop (above, second from the left) has joined the cast.
“From the gang’s glamorous jaunt to Morocco to our already favorite dig, ‘thug in a cocktail dress’ (delivered by the ultimate messenger, Alex McCord), to the Countess finding love again, the new season will definitely be worth the wait,” the blog read.
