The guy who cops thought may have groped a woman in a subway station in May is no longer a suspect, after the victim said she wasn’t sure it was him.
The 37-year-old woman picked Joshua Flecha, 32, of Astoria, out of a police lineup on Tuesday night, a police source said, but reversed course Wednesday.
Flecha, who was busted early Monday with marijuana as he watched porn on his cell phone on the street with his zipper open, is still facing pot-possession charges, an NYPD spokesman said.
