NYPD: Queens man in offensive poster case faces stalking charge

A Queens property manager who was accused of plastering his Sunnyside condominium lobby with Nazi and Confederate imagery was arrested Sunday in connection with the stalking and harassing of a building resident, police said.

Neal Milano, 70, followed, pulled and grabbed a woman who lived in his building at 47-55 39th Place in multiple incidents over a 10-month period, police said. He was also verbally abusive on approximately 20 occasions between September 2016 and July 2017, the NYPD said.

Police said Milano’s arrest is not connected to the lobby display, which sparked an investigation into alleged tenant harassment by the New York City Commission on Human Rights last month.

Milano was not able to be reached for comment Sunday night.
