Open up your daily planner, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly.

That’s what the New York Civil Liberties Union and former Newsday reporter Len Levitt are asking for in a lawsuit filed Tuesday, demanding the city’s top cop disclose basic details of his schedule.

Levitt, who writes an online column about the NYPD, previously filed a Freedom of Information Law request for copies of Kelly’s schedule in order to see whom he’s met with since January 2002.

The request was denied, and the new lawsuit argues his schedule is public record.

A police spokesman did not immediately comment.
