Police Commissioner Ray Kelly yesterday announced a gun buyback on Staten Island Saturday.

The buyback program offers $200 for working handguns and assault rifles and $20 for rifles and shotguns -- no questions asked. Participants will get cash in the form of a bank card for up to three firearms.

The gun buyback event, funded by the NYPD and Staten Island District Attorney Dan Donovan's office, will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Calvary Presbyterian Church at 909 Castleton Ave.
