Officer still searching for clues in Washington Heights abduction

Cops are still looking for information regarding the abduction of a man and woman in Washington Heights on Friday evening.

Officers as of Sunday still didn't have identities on the missing man and woman who were kidnapped from the corner of Haven Avenue and West 173rd Street around 7 p.m.

The victims were chased by two armed men who then forced them into a minivan and fled the scene, police said.

Several pedestrians, including some teenagers, heard the screams of the female victim and called 911.

Video showing the man and woman walk along the street before the suspects chased them went viral on the Internet as officers tried to piece together more clues.
