When it comes to MAC's annual couture collections, it seems each one gets more innovative than the next. Case in point: MAC's limited-edition partnership with contemporary industrial Dutch product designer Marcel Wander.

Wander, who's known for taking quotidian items and making them interesting, has created super-sleek black lacquer packaging inspired by Vermeer and his Dutch roots.

The tailored collection — which hits stores on Nov. 24 — features two shades of the brand's beloved Mystery Powder, 4 glosses, 4 lipsticks, a solid "Air of Style" fragrance, a stippling brush with an exaggerated design and a magnetic roll-out brush clutch.
