It's no secret that it hasn't been smooth sailing for Oprah Winfrey's troubled OWN network - even she's not denying it.

Following a tumultuous few weeks for OWN - including layoffs, restructuring and the cancellation of Rosie O'Donnell's talk show - Winfrey spoke with CBS' "The Early Show" Monday.

"The idea of creating a network was something that I wanted to do. Had I known that it was this difficult, I might have done something else," Winfrey said. "I didn't think it was going to be easy, but if I knew then what I know now, I might have made different choices ... If I were writing a book about it, I could call '101 Mistakes.'"
