In the mood to laugh? How’s this: Paris Hilton is a mom!

OK, not really, but Radaronline.com is reporting that the hard-partying heiress is proving to be a stand-in mom for her BF Cy Waits’ 7-year-old daughter, Shea.
 

“Cy is a dad and he is combining his part-time parenting duties with his fledgling romance with Paris,” said a source close to the couple.
 

Between her ubiquitous table-dancing, DUI arrest and, oh yeah, that pesky cocaine bust last month, we’re gonna go out on a limb and say, at this time, the 29-year-old party girl should probably just stick to, well, partying and leave the mom stuff to the pros.
