Patsy's Italian Restaurant stays open for Brad Paisley

It pays to be a country superstar.

Patsy's Italian Restaurant stayed open late to accommodate singer Brad Paisley when he recently popped by the W. 56th Street resto for dinner with his band and some relatives.

"Although the restaurant was closing, they opened up just for him and his large group," a source dished to amNewYork.

The group dined on salad, gnocchi, meatballs and other dishes.
