Police investigate alleged sex assault in Central Park
Cops are investigating an alleged sexual assault in Central Park reported to have taken place Sunday morning. According to an NYPD spokeswoman, a woman was attacked at 4:30 a.m. on the east side of the park near 100th Street.
The woman was taken to an undisclosed hospital, according to the NYPD, which wouldn't disclose her condition. No description of a suspect was given as of Sunday evening.
