Police: Man busted hopping subway turnstile had two loaded guns

A South Carolina man was expected to be arraigned Sunday night on gun charges for allegedly trying to take two loaded guns on to the subway.
A police officer spotted a Smith & Wesson .45 caliber handgun in Allen Reggie's waistband on Sunday night after stopping him for hopping the turnstile at the Times Square-42nd Street A/C/E subway entrance without paying, officials say. The cop then allegedly found a loaded Intratec Luger Tec-9 machine gun in Reggie’s bag.
Reggie, 33, was arrested on several gun possession charges, including possessing a defaced weapon.
A laywer for Reggie could not be identified as of press time.
This is the second recent incident of out-of-towners being busted illegally carrying guns in Manhattan.
