The AirTrain from Jamaica, Queens, to Kennedy Airport will be shut down Friday night into Saturday morning for maintenance work, the Port Authority said.

Free shuttle buses will be provided at all stations and terminals during the shutdown, scheduled from 10 p.m. Friday through 7 a.m. Saturday, the Port Authority said.

Long Island Rail Road riders and others who transfer at Jamaica for the AirTrain were advised to give themselves extra travel time during the shutdown.
