President Barack Obama doesn't just namedrop Brooklyn in speeches.

Obama will visit Pathways in Technology Early College High School on Friday during a trip to the city for a fundraiser, his press secretary Jay Carney said Monday.

During this year's State of the Union speech, the president touted the Crown Heights school as an example of academic innovation.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg said he was happy that the president would visit and personally commend the teens on their work. "We're honored that President Obama has hailed P-Tech as a national model, and I look forward to joining him when he visits P-Tech on Friday," he said in a statement.
