A Morgan Stanley employee was named Wednesday as the banker with alleged ties to Anna Gristina - the millionaire madam accused of running an Upper East Side prostitution ring - while the NYPD was questioning a sergeant who may have visited the brothel, according to reports Wednesday.

The New York Post reported that its sources said the financial firm has identified David Walker of midtown as the broker who met with Gristina, 44, when she was arrested last month. Her attorneys claim that she was meeting with a businessman to plan an online dating site.

Walker Wednesday told DNAinfo.com, which first reported his connection to Gristina, that he knew her through friends, but "I never had any business dealings with her."

Morgan Stanley would only say Wednesday that it is investigating any possible links between the two.

A report also identified NYPD Sergeant Richard Wall, 35, as having a possible link to the case, and he was being questioned Wednesday by Internal Affairs.

Gristina, a mother of four, has been charged with running a brothel out of an East 78th Street apartment for the past 15 years, earning as much as $10 million. She remains jailed on Rikers Island on $2 million bail.
