Publisher announces Mayor Bloomberg biography

Mayor Michael Bloomberg's life story is coming to a bookstore near you.

Publisher Simon & Schuster announced earlier this week that New York Times editorial board member Eleanor Randolph will pen a biography of hizzoner.

The company didn't give details about the release of the book but said it would focus on the 71-year-old's "extraordinary career and legacy," from emerging businessman to three-term mayor.

The mayor's office didn't give any comment about the book.
