A Queens man was arraigned Monday for attempted murder in the shooting of the older brother of Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Kevin Ogletree, the Queens District Attorney's office said.

Lonnie Miller, 23, of St. Albans, was charged with second degree attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in the January shooting of Calvin Ogletree, 24. He was reportedly shot outside of his luxury-car rental shop.

Miller was held without bail. His next court date is Oct. 1, and he faces up to 25 years in prison.

Ogletree is reportedly still recovering from the shooting.
