Queens man charged in UES groping sex assaults

The Queens man accused of a string of gropings against women on the Upper East Side was charged Wednesday with sexual abuse, forcible touching and burglary.

Jose Alfredo Perez Hernandez, 18, was hit with the charges in three separate cases, and reports said he may be guilty of an additional nine attacks over the past eight months.
