Queens man shot dead in Jamaica
A Queens man was fatally shot Christmas afternoon in Jamaica, police said.
NYPD officers said James A. Bryant, 20, of Jamaica, was shot once in the neck shortly before 2:30 p.m. near 126th Street and 89th Avenue. Officers from the 102nd precinct found him unconscious and took him by ambulance to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police have made no arrests and no suspects have been identified, authorities said.
