Queens thief breaks into car for $90K

Police are hunting for a man who stole $90,000 from a car in a Flushing parking lot.

The man smashed the driver's side window of a 1998 Toyota Sienna owned by Northcrest Service Inc., a gas station, and grabbed a bag filled with the cash on Monday, a police spokesman said. The driver was a courier for the company depositing the weekend's haul. The thief struck around 10 a.m. when the driver left the money in the car, parked outside 162-05 Crocheron Ave., while at a bank to make a separate deposit.
