Council Speaker Christine Quinn is expected to address the scourge of city parking and ticketing in her annual “State of the City” speech Tuesday.
Among her proposals will be allowing streets with high cleanliness ratings to have one less day of alternate-side street parking.
Also under her plan, a copy of which was released Monday, parking enforcement agents in certain instances could cancel tickets written on the spot.
