Family members of those killed at the World Trade Center will share the podium with people involved in rebuilding the trade center site as they read the names of the victims at this year's Sept. 11 ceremony.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Gov. David A. Paterson described the plans for the ceremony in a letter to victims' families Monday.

The letter said that to recognize the progress that has been made in building a World Trade Center memorial, family members would be paired with people involved in the redevelopment.

The ceremony will take place at Zuccotti Park just south of the trade center site.
