Congratulations seem to be in order for Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth!

According to Us Weekly, the 35-year-old Oscar winner is expecting her first child with her agent hubby, whom she married last March.

A friend of Witherspoon's told the magazine that the actress is "right around 12 weeks," while another pal says the couple "have been trying to get pregnant."

"The timing is right," a source said, adding that Witherspoon and Toth, 41, have only told a "small circle" of friends about their news. "She's so happy."

Witherspoon has two children - 12-year-old Ava and 8-year-old Deacon - with her ex-husband, actor Ryan Phillippe.

Though Witherspoon hasn't confirmed the pregnancy, she was photographed Wednesday hiking with a pal and looking like she might be pregnant.

"Her baby bump is still small, but very noticeable," a witness told Us Weekly.
