Lindsay Lohan apparently will be taking her chances at trial.

The 24-year-old starlet did not accept Los Angeles County Judge Keith Schwartz’s offer on Wednesday of a plea deal in her felony necklace-theft case that would have landed her in the slammer for 19 days, TMZ.com is reporting.

Instead, Lohan will go to trial, which could put her behind bars for up to four years if she is convicted.

Lohan’s preliminary hearing is set for April 22. Her case has been assigned to Judge Stephanie Sautner, whom TMZ characterized as “tough but fair.”

The actress allegedy stole a $2,500 one-of-a-kind necklace from the Venice, Calif. shop Kamofie & Co. in January.

Meanwhile, in other Lohan news ... Lindsay’s father Michael may be facing jail time as well. The L.A. District Attorney’s Office officially charged him on Wednesday with one misdemeanor count of “corporal injury to a cohabitant” stemming from allegations of domestic violence earlier this week made by his ex-fiancee, Kate Major. He is expected to be arraigned on May 23.
