Lindsay Lohan may be throwing up the white flag in her theft case.

According to reports, Lohan, 24, plans to plead no contest to charges she stole a necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store to avoid going to trial.

“Lindsay and her lawyer, Shawn Holley, will go back to Judge Stephanie Sautner as early as [this] week to enter the plea,” TMZ.com reported Sunday.

On April 29, the theft charge against the actress were downgraded from a felony to a misdemeanor, and she was sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service for her probation violation.

With the deal, Lohan’s camp is hoping the judge doesn’t add any more time on to her sentence, reports said.

Lohan is accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace fromc jewelry store Kamofie and Co. on Jan. 22. She is expected back in court for a pre-trial hearing on May 11.

Lohan’s manager and publicist couldn’t be reached for comment Sunday.
