Clarence Clemons, the famed saxophonist from Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, was responsive and regaining movement on his paralyzed left side after suffering a stroke in his Florida home this weekend, according to reports yesterday. Clemons, 69, reportedly has undergone two brain surgeries since the stroke. He most recently collaborated with Lady Gaga on her latest album, "Born This Way."
