Reports: NYC arrests alleged terrorist plotter

A man described by authorities as a "lone wolf" was arrested in the last 24 hours in New York City, under suspicion of trying to detonate a bomb which apparently targeted city workers, the New York Times reported Sunday.
Mayor Michael Bloomberg and police commissioner Ray Kelly were expected to have a news conference to announce the charges against the man.
