Ring in 2013 at these star-studded New Year's Eve parties

Celebs are getting their party on this New Year's Eve.

Of course, NYC's biggest bash takes place in Times Square, and a bevy of the hottest names in pop music will be on hand to perform before the ball drops - Taylor Swift, Psy, Carly Rae Jepsen, Train and Neon Trees.

The ladies of that bunch should take note: Last year, Lady Gaga doled out a midnight smooch to Mayor Michael Bloomberg in Times Square, begging the question: Any takers for 2013?

A little further uptown, "Jersey Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino is hosting a party produced by Joonbug.com at AMC 34, which is being transformed from a movie theater to a nightclub, complete with a dance floor, open bar and chow. General admission tickets are $55 each.

Meanwhile, several stars are hitting Sin City to ring in 2013, hosting ticketed soirees that are open to the public.
