Cops are looking for two men who stole several pricey watches from a midtown jewelry store last week.
An unidentified man walked into Madison Jewelers on Madison Avenue between 47th street and 48th street on Friday afternoon and pretended to be a customer before pulling a gun on workers at the store, cops said Tuesday. The man demanded the employees hand over Rolex watches valued at about $36,000.
An accomplice walked into the store moments later and pepper sprayed the workers, police said.
Both men were caught on video surveillance. Police had no suspects as of last night.
Calls to the jewelry store were not answered by press time.
