Ty Segall is known for two things: an incredible work ethic that found him releasing three albums in 2012 and face-melting live shows full of guitar pyrotechnics. While his work ethic hasn’t changed, his latest album, “Sleeper,” is a departure, full of quiet, acoustic songs.
