The Rolling Stones are heading to Brooklyn after all.

As part of its 50th anniversary tour, the band will hit the stage at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on Dec. 8, a week before playing the nearby Prudential Center in Newark, the Stones announced Monday.

When the band last month announced the first of its NYC-area dates, it was widely believed the new Barclays Center would nab the coveted concerts, but, instead only the Pru Center shows were announced.

At the time, a source told us the Stones chose the Pru Center because of the arena's ability to accommodate the pay-per-view telecast that will be broadcast live during the Dec. 15 show.

This year's shows will mark the first time Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood have performed together since 2007.

Tickets for the Dec. 8 concert go on sale Monday at 10 a.m.
