Ryan Seacrest buys Ellen DeGeneres' Beverly Hills estate

Just another case of super-rich Hollywood folks buying eachother's homes.
According to TMZ.com, Ryan Seacrest officially became the owner of Ellen DeGeneres' gigantic Beverly Hills estate on Wednesday.
The property - which covers a city block and is just shy of 3 acres - was listed at a staggering $49 million, yet Seacrest plunked down a bargain-basement $39 mil for the digs, the site reported.
