We're all wondering: Did Ryan Seacrest know about Sacha Baron Cohen's little red-carpet prank?

"I was surprised, but not surprised," Seacrest said during his radio show Monday. And while he admitted he did expect some high jinks from the actor, he "did not know he was going to do that."

In case you missed it, Sacha's alter ego, the Dictator, dumped the contents of an urn - which supposedly contained the ashes of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il - all over the tuxedoed E! host.
