An NYPD school safety agent arrested for selling drugs was awaiting arraignment Thursday in Queens Criminal Court.
Police on Wednesday arrested Donald Gibbs, 47, after watching him pass a pipe filled with cocaine to another man, Brian Hazelwood, 40, in a parked SUV, according to a spokesman for the Queens district attorney.
The two men, who both live in Jamaica, Queens, were expected to be arraigned for criminal possession of a controlled substance, which carries a penalty of up to one year in jail.
