A second man was arrested in the January slaying of a Queens middle school teacher, police said Thursday.

Elijah Agyepong, a 19-year-old Bronx teen, was charged with murder for the killing of David Rangel, who was found dead in his Jackson Heights home on Jan. 27.

Agyepong allegedly broke into Rangel’s home with Cecil Golden, a 20-year-old man from the Bronx who was arrested on Wednesday and also charged with murder.

Rangel, 53, was strangled to death, according to the chief medical examiner. He was a teacher at P.S./M.S. 219 in Flushing.
