Selena Gomez's new album "Stars Dance" debuted at No. 1 on the Billbord 200 this week, moving about 97,000 units in its first week.
The album, the "Come and Get It" star's first chart-topper, ended the two-week stay of Jay Z's "Magna Carta Holy Grail" at No. 1, bumping it down one stop.
Disney's "Teen Beach Movie" soundtrack jumped five spots to No. 3, while "Kidz Bop 24" and Marc Anthony's "3.0" round out the top 5 at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.
Gomez, 21, is scheduled to perform at Brooklyn's Barclays Center Oct. 16.
