A 65-year-old Queens woman was killed in an Upper East Side accident Monday.

Pelagia Zingatan was walking at the intersection of East 91st Street between First and York avenues around 1 p.m. when she was hit by a cab.

Several onlookers pulled her out of the road, but she was pronounced dead at New York Hospital, police said.

The driver wasn't charged.
