Sheen report: New $100M lawsuit, won't be replaced by Lowe

He’s still at it. As of Thursday, Charlie Sheen has filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros. and “Two and a Half Man” producer Chuck Lorre, reported TMZ.com.
Not only is he demanding that he get paid for the eight scrapped “Men” episodes, he’s also suing on behalf of the cast and crew — and the suit is for $100M plus punitive damages, the site reported.
In other Sheen-related news, it looks as though CBS will remain a man short of two and a half, with an NBC producer shooting down speculation that Rob Lowe — who recently joined the cast of “Parks and Recreation” — will jump ship to replace Sheen on the rival network, reported People.
Lowe, 46, has a “multiyear contract” with NBC and won’t be leaving anytime soon, producer Michael Schur said Wednesday, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Schur said there was “no truth” to the rumors of Lowe replacing Sheen on “Two and a Half Men,” and added: “The Internet lit a match and set itself on fire.”
