Former Jets running back Shonn Greene signed a three-year, $10 million deal with the Titans Wednesday, the same day he visited with the team, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported.

The Jets didn't see a spot for Greene, who spent his entire career with the team, to fit in with their West Coast offense, the report said. The Titans, however, thought he would be a good fit as a bruiser-type back to complement starter Chris Johnson.

Entering his fifth year, Greene has averaged 4.2 yards per carry on 822 career carries.

Greene is the latest Jet to find his way onto a new team. Defensive lineman Mike DeVito left to sign a three-year, $12.6 million deal with the Chiefs on Tuesday and nose tackle Sione Pouha was cut. Safety LaRon Landry and tight end Dustin Keller are expected to leave the team as well.

Keller reportedly visited with the Dolphins Wedne. The team turned its attention to the player after losing out on former Titans tight end Jared Cook, who signed with the Rams. The five-year veteran only played in eight games last season due to an ankle injury.
