Proud new papa Kanye West may be in some hot water.
The rapper is being sued by a paparazzo claiming he was attacked by West last month at LAX Airport.
Videographer Danny Ramos, and lawyer Gloria Allred on Thursday announced that they’d filed suit for assault, battery and interference with Ramos’ civil rights, TMZ reported.
According to TMZ, Ramos spent two weeks on crutches after the “unprovoked attack.”
Allred said she’s asking the court for a restraining order — in addition to unspecified damages.
Meanwhile, a pre-taped interview with West is slated to air on Kris Jenner’s “Kris” on Friday. West went on the show to chat about his baby girl, North West, with GF Kim Kardashian, who is Jenner’s daughter. During the interview, West said people wonder why he dates Kardashian if “everyone knows [I] don’t like paparazzi.”
“I’m being with this person because I love this person,” he said.
