The 29-year-old stripper who was captured along with her two brothers Wednesday in Colorado after going on a multi-state crime spree said Thursday that she “deserved” to be shot by police.

Lee Dougherty ran into a field after her car flipped during a high-speed chase. She was wounded in the leg by an officer as she loaded a handgun.

“We weren’t trying to hurt anyone. We just wanted them to get back,” Dougherty told agents, according to affidavits. “I pointed the gun at the cop. I deserved to get shot.”

Lee and her brothers — Ryan Edward Dougherty, 21, and Dylan Dougherty Stanley, 26 — face potential charges of attempted murder and first-degree assault of a peace officer after the Colorado chase. They each were ordered held on $1.2 million bond.

They also could face charges in Florida, where they allegedly shot at police during another chase, and in Georgia, where they robbed a bank, police said.
