Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino may be getting company from more than just ladies come the upcoming season of "Jersey Shore."

According to RadarOnline.com, doctors are recommending that the Sitch - who reportedly just completed a stint in rehab for an alleged addiction to prescription meds - have a "sober living companion" while he films the next season of his party-heavy MTV reality show in Seaside Heights, N.J., this summer.

"The sober living companion would have to move into the Shore house," a source told RadarOnline. "Putting Mike back into that world without a strong support system around him is asking for trouble."

Meanwhile, Sorrentino, meanwhile doesn't think having a "baby-sitter" is necessary.
