By AMNY/NEWSDAYThe so-called Soccer Mom Madam isn't going anywhere -- for now.. Anna Gristina will stay in Rikers Island for at least a few more days after she declined to let her ex-attorney put up his $2 million apartment as collateral for her $250,000 bail.. Gristina's new attorney, Norm Pattis, said Gristina wants to distance herself from her former attorney, Peter Gleason, even if that means spending a few more days in jail.. "She prefers to post a bond through her husband's family," Pattis told the New York Post, adding that Gristina "requests that (Gleason) stand down on any effort on her behalf.". Pattis discussed the bail situation in a closed-door hearing with a Manhattan judge Monday, and emerged afterward to say he was still working with her family to get her freed on a $250,000 bond.. Gristina is accused of running a high-end escort service out of an Upper West Side apartment. If convicted, she faces seven years in prison
