'Star Wars: Episode VII' gets premiere date
The Force will be strong on Dec. 18, 2015, when the next "Star Wars" flick hits theaters, Walt Disney Studios announced on Thursday.
Preproduction for "Star Wars: Episode VII" is already in "full swing," with shooting slated to start in spring 2014, according to Disney.
J.J. Abrams is directing, with a script from Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan.
