Staten Island man charged for streaking at Obama's speech

A Staten Island political “buff” could become a millionaire because of his presidential-streaking antics, but he’s already paid a big price — his freedom.
Juan Rodriguez, 24, was reportedly charged in Philadelphia court Monday with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and open lewdness after running nude at President Barack Obama’s rally Sunday in Philadelphia.
He pulled the stunt after billionaire Alki David promised $1 million to the first person to write “Battlecam” on his or her naked body and shout it within sight and earshot of the president.
“If he has done it, I'll pay him in cash,” David told the Daily News yesterday.
As of Monday night it was unclear if Rodriguez got the prize.
