Dozens of students at a prestigious city high school are being investigated for cheating on state tests last week, according to a report.

A junior at Stuyvesant High School was busted for snapping photos of a Spanish exam with a cellphone and sharing test questions with more than 50 other students, according to the Daily News. The student was kicked out of the elite school, the report said, but the dozens of other students have not yet been disciplined.

A suspicious proctor reportedly searched through pictures on the student's phone, and also found shots of questions from an English and science Regents exam.

A spokeswoman for the city's education department confirmed the probe last night, saying, "The incident is under investigation." She would not elaborate on specifics of the investigation.

A spokesman for the state's education department was not immediately available for comment.
