Subway pusher indicted by Manhattan grand jury

The man accused of pushing a Queens man onto a subway track was indicted Tuesday by a Manhattan grand jury.
Naeem Davis, who admitted to pushing Ki-Suck Han onto the subway tracks as straphangers watched in horror, was formally indicted for second-degree murder of the 58-year-old man after shoving him following a heated argument.
The incident caused national outrage after the Post ran a photo of Han staring down the oncoming train on its front page.
Davis, 30, is homeless and has maintained that he was defending himself after Han threatened to kill him. He told DNAinfo.com last week that he "didn't mean to push him that hard."
