The MTA has made visible progress at several Brooklyn subway stations.
The agency has finished upgrades to seven D stations in Bensonhurst and Coney Island, officials announced Thursday morning, fixing up the stations and installing artwork around them.
The $88-million project was paid for with federal stimulus money, the MTA said, and made the Bay Parkway station handicap-accessible.
Also on Thursday, the MTA reopened a connection between the A/C and J/Z subway lines at the Fulton Street station, which had been closed since March.
