It’s becoming the same old inconvenient and aggravating weekend drill for straphangers.

Station and track rehab work will result in delays or reroutings on 17 of 19 lines running on Friday and 16 each on Saturday and Sunday, according to the MTA.

A few lines will lose service between stops, including the No. 1, the G and the M. NYC Transit will offer shuttle buses instead.

MTA officials said the work is necessary, and weekends and late nights are when fewer riders will be affected.

While some of the station and track upgrade projects will take one to three weeks, others — such as the one on the No. 1 line between 242nd and Dyckman streets — will last until 2012.
