TAO's new Meatpacking District outpost is proving to be quite the celebrity magnet.

On Saturday night, Susan Sarandon and beau Jonathan Bricklin ate dinner with pals, while Hayden Panettiere and fiance Wvladmir Klitschko enjoyed a cozy meal together.

According to a spy, the "Nashville" star and the boxer looked "casual and effortless," with 24-year-old Panettiere rocking jeans and a tank top.

Amar'e Stoudemire of the Knicks was there on Sunday.

Meanwhile, a number of big names headed to TAO Downtown on Halloween for the "Ghosts and Geishas" bash, where DJ Tiesto spun. Guests included Bethenny Frankel, Maxwell, Victoria's Secret model Lindsay Ellingson, Eric Riper and Denise Rich.
